Microsoft jumped on the blog-train as well by launching their very own blogging community called MSN Spaces. it looks quite promising and way more sophisticated than blogger. if you refrained from getting your own blog so far because you were intimated by a confusing installation routine or complex customization procedures, you should give MSN Spaces a try. there are several reasons why blogging is actually good for you.

Meta
My first reaction when I found out, was that Microsoft was trying to become even more of a necessary evil of our everyday life, like it has achieved with Windows, Hotmail, Messenger and others… But really, it isn’t any worse than Google’s Blogger and other mass blog aggregates.
I’ll stick to my modified WordPress, because of the satisfaction of being able to customize everything so much more!

MSN + Bloggin = Crap
My friend Justin tried it out.
As for me, I’m waiting to get WordPress all happy on my new server. Something with it having PHP-CGI on now, where I want the Apache module PHP. *shrug* Soon, I hope.
