<description>Just to let you know I am another PhD student who has days that are pretty bad. I am away from home and didn&#039;t really have any friends here (my boyfriend has now come here to do a masters which is a relief) and I often had days where I stared and did nothing and wanted to cry all day. Still sometimes do. Don&#039;t think of yourself as unusual in that respect - I had classes with other PhD students of all sorts of ages and locations and they all had days like this.
Hope you&#039;ll feel better soon!
