i hate those days when you wake up with a terrible headache. darn migraines. at first there is this aching feeling at the temples, mostly just at one side. then comes this pain at the back of the neck, spreading slowly to the already aching temple… the pinnacle is a burning feeling right behind the eye that is next to the temple… and guess what? this happened today, resulting in popping a migraine pill and i think i’ll feel weird in the head for approximately two days now. am i overworked?

Wednesday, July 2nd, 2003just a few more days and *the* sports event of the year is about to begin: i am talking about the Tour de France 2003. i follow “le tour” on television for three years now… and it all started after i read Lance Armstrong’s “It’s not about the Bike”… hell of a read!
